Low Compression 8–15 mmHg
Engineered for long days on your feet — tired, heavy legs and everyday swelling.
Every Vascend garment is true medical graduated compression — knitted under ISO 13485 with medically calibrated pressure, strongest at the ankle and decreasing up the leg. The 8–15 mmHg class is the entry point: the same technical knit and calibrated gradient in our gentlest pressure, ideal for first-time wearers and all-day preventive comfort.
Most "compression" on the market is simply tight — the same squeeze everywhere, because the fabric contains spandex. Medically graduated compression is engineered and tested to deliver a specific pressure at the ankle that decreases gradually up the leg — the mechanism that supports blood back toward the heart. That calibration, held wash after wash, is what you're paying for and what compression-look socks can't do.
Who it's for: Choose 8–15 mmHg if your legs feel tired, heavy, or achy by the end of the day; if you notice mild ankle swelling after long hours sitting or standing; or if you spend all day on your feet at work or traveling. It's also the right starting point if you've never worn compression before — all-day support you'll forget you're wearing.
