These Terms govern your use of vascend.health (the "Site"), operated by Vascend LLC ("Vascend," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site. Vascend is a business-to-business medical compression brand. The Site is intended for healthcare professionals, clinics, DME suppliers, and distributors. Vascend products are supplied only through approved partners; we do not sell directly to the public through this Site.
2. Not medical advice. Content is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical advice. Graduated compression garments are medical devices; selection and use should follow the direction of a qualified clinician or fitter.
3. Product information and regulatory status. We describe our products, including our anti-embolism line as an FDA-listed Class II medical device, to the best of our knowledge. Availability and ordering run through approved partners.
4. Eligibility and partner applications. The Site is for business users. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or obligation; approval is at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property. The Vascend name, logo, content, and design are owned by or licensed to Vascend. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use. Do not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
8. Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vascend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
10. Indemnification. You agree to hold Vascend harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
