Vascend LLC ("Vascend," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through vascend.health (the "Site"), how we use it, and your choices. Vascend is a business-to-business medical compression brand; our Site is directed to healthcare professionals, clinics, DME suppliers, and distributors, not to the general public.
1. Information we collect. Information you provide: when you submit a partnership application or contact us, we collect what you enter — organization name and type, your name, city and state, role or title, work email, phone number, approximate monthly volume, and any message. Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links, via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information. To review and respond to partnership applications and inquiries; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to communicate with prospective and current partners; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Analytics and cookies. Our Site is hosted on the Wix platform and uses Google Analytics. These tools use cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.
4. How we share information. With service providers who support our operations (website host, analytics provider) and with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners as necessary to evaluate or carry out a business relationship, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. International operations. Vascend operates across the United States and Colombia, and information you provide may be processed or stored in either country. We take steps intended to protect information consistent with this policy.
6. Data retention. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, business records, and legal compliance.

8. Security. We use reasonable measures to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children. The Site is for business use and is not directed to children.
10. Changes. We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a revised effective date.
